10 days and counting...

i'm not superstitious but part of me still doesn't want to share this -
but oh well, here it goes...knock on wood.
i have been migraine free for ten days...
this might not seem like much to the average person,
but for me, who usually suffers from a migraine every two or three days,
ten days is my record. my personal best, if you will.
i'm not sure what i'm doing on not doing, but i'm trying to enjoy every pain-free minute.
but like i said, i'm trying not to be superstitious, but part of me is fearful that as soon as i say it,
i'll wake up tomorrow morning with that all too familiar pain in my eye.
and if i do, that will be okay too.
but tonight i'm enjoying a pain-free evening -
and although i want to push the limits and eat some chocolate to see what it does,
i will resist, stick to my migraine-diet and thank the lord for these rare days of feeling really good.

I don't know anything about your situation. But any bit of info might help. When I was on higher estrogen birth control, I had major headaches (but not migraines). When I went to a lower dose one, the headaches and sickness stopped. After many visits to the Clev Clinic headache clinic, I finally figured out myself what was wrong!!!!!
